FULL-TIME POSITION

Entry level positions available in fiberglass manufacturing facility. No experience necessary. Serious applicants only. Looking for hardworking, motivated, engaged employees. Job includes working with melting glass, glass strands and resin. Need to be able to lift 140 lbs with another person. Great advancement opportunities. At least 6 positions available. Plant operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 12 hr shifts. Set shifts with rotating days off (no swing shift). You will work weekends and some holidays. We practice Fair Chance hiring. Candidates with priors may be suitable. Drug free work place. Starting wages $17.25 to $21.25 per hour. New employee bonus of $500 with 30 days of continued employment with no disciplinary action and no lost time. Daily and monthly attendance bonuses. Covid-19 vaccine incentives. Mandatory overtime. Reliable transportation a must. Uniforms provided after 90 days.
